Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.stereo-express.com, the shop overview on the website with redirection to payhip.com/stereo-express or affiliated Payhip pages, the purchase and use of digital products (wallpapers, sample packs, DJ course), the free exclusive track lead magnet, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by:

By accessing or using the Services, purchasing any product, downloading content, or signing up for the free track, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the Services and make purchases. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Access

  • Certain features (e.g. DJ course member area) require an account created via Payhip.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You may not share your account, login details, course videos, or any content with others. Sharing, recording, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

  • Access to the DJ course is granted for a minimum of 1 year from purchase. We may extend access at our discretion, but we are not obligated to maintain access indefinitely.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

 

4. Digital Products and License Grant

All products are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment via Payhip (download link or access credentials).

License terms by product type:

  • Wallpapers: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use (e.g. in videos, social media for monetized content, branding, merchandise) requires prior written permission from us and a separate commercial licensing agreement. Contact us at academy@stereo-express.com for inquiries.

  • Sample Packs: You receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the samples in your own music productions, including tracks that may be released and sold commercially (e.g. on streaming platforms). The license is granted only to the purchaser. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload to sample libraries, or make the samples available to others in any form (including as part of a loop pack or preset).

  • DJ Course: You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational purposes only. Access is provided via Payhip member area. You may not share login credentials, record videos, distribute materials, or allow third parties to access the content. The license is granted solely to the purchaser.

All licenses are perpetual unless otherwise stated (e.g. DJ course minimum 1 year). You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the content.

 

5. Purchases and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD or EUR and include all applicable VAT/taxes where required by law.

  • All purchases are processed securely via Payhip using PayPal, Stripe, or Apple Pay. We do not store full payment details.

  • Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access (download link or course credentials).

  • All sales are final (see section 6).

 

6. No Refunds / Exclusion of Withdrawal Right

Due to the digital nature of all products (instant access/download upon purchase), all sales are final and non-refundable.

The statutory withdrawal right (e.g. 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law) is explicitly excluded once you start the download, access the course, or receive the digital content, as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws for digital goods.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in exceptional cases (e.g. proven technical failure preventing access).

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services (designs, audio samples, course videos, free track, etc.) is owned by Stereo Express or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Abuse the Services (e.g. mass downloading, scraping, automated access)

  • Share accounts, logins, downloads, or content

  • Use the content in violation of the license terms

  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination, license revocation, and legal action.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question (if any).

 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE, to the extent permitted by law.

For consumers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.

 

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
